I am continually impressed with the professionalism with which Utopia responds to maintenance requests. The managers in the office are quick to process the requests and assign work orders, and answer my questions and concerns. I would like to give special kudos to service tech David Taylor, who has been at my place twice to take care of repairs. He is polite, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is completed in a timely manner with minimal disruption. I like how he explains things carefully and presents options. On one particular job, it was presenting challenges we didn't foresee, taking much longer and requiring much more effort than we expected. Nevertheless, David saw it through to the end, going the extra mile to make sure it was done right. A+++ Thanks, David! Thanks, Utopia! ~ Ron P

Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time, assessed what needed repair, went quickly and got supplies and came back promptly and completed the needed repairs without any hesitation. My precious encounter with Brandon was even more exceptional. He went out of his way to help me clear a large amount of debris and rubble from my back yard. It was scorching hot and he worked until he had removed most of the debris from my back yard and never complained once. He was prompt in putting up my screen door and was a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, friendly, on time and completes his tasks without fail and without complaint. He’s an asset to your company and team. ~ John C

Extremely satisfied with Utopia Management and would highly recommend their professional services and expertise to anyone who’s interested in hiring a management company for their rentals/buying or selling a home. The manager, Nicole Knight and other staff members have been terrific throughout the years of having them as my rental management company. They offered valuable insight and provided me with best value throughout the last few years. My experience with everyone at Utopia Property Management has been great! I remember one time one of my air conditioners went out when the temperature outside was over 110 degrees, on a holiday weekend and Steve Froling in the maintenance department at Utopia provided a portable air conditioner to the unit until a service person could get out there to fix it so the tenant could remain in his home. My property manager Nicole Knight and Melina Daniels assistant manager all do a fantastic job which makes my life free to travel and enjoy life after being hands with the everyday responsibility for so many years! ~ David M

Working with Megan has been fantastic! When we were looking for units, she was extremely attentive to my email inquiries and gave detailed answers to all my questions. When we went to view the unit we wanted, she gave just the right amount of attentiveness while also allowing my husband and I to take in the space on our own. Now as tenants in a Utopia-managed property, we've benefitted from their easy-to-use online platform that we can use to submit rent payments, request repairs and otherwise easily communicate with Utopia. What a terrific experience! I was not looking forward to meeting/looking for a new place. Meghan was on time and immediacy took care of my needs by being very efficient, friendly and professional in presenting the unit. Megan is great at what she does and really allowed me to 'experience' the unit in my own way. She answered all my questions and even took time to show me all areas of the grounds, upon my request. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail shown by Utopia Management! Our Realtor, Melina Daniels was an absolute rock star! She got our property sold within a month and was able to assist my sister and I with any and all questions. Even taking some time while she was at home to help us with some questions on some paperwork! Our schedules are also very difficult to line up so whenever we needed to make a conference call with her, she would easily make the time to help us out. Utopia Management Inc has been working out really well for us. This is the first time we are renting it out, Andrew met with us and answered all our questions/concerns unlike other property management companies. We had to move due to our new jobs but they took care of everything for us while we started in a new city, sent out updates/proposals for repairs (reasonable) and so on. Great maintenance support. Job was done in very professional fashion. Given the current (un)availability of parts and supplies, and labor, they got the repair done as quickly as possible. Thanks to Chris at Bubble and Dave and Steve at Utopia for their great support. FYI This was a dishwasher replacement complicated by extraction due to wood floor blockage (in front of dishwasher) and underlayment issues which required replacement along with a replaced floor in the kitchen area. ~ Ed W

From the first time I spoke to Andrew at Utopia Management Inc. I has trust in him. He has called me for 4 months and I finally had my tenant evicted after using a local agent for 2 years.
